Constipated? read here       08/12/05 07:43 PM Edit Reply Quote Sidewalker Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 105 my friends grandfather swears by this and i have tried it as well: whenever you experience constipation, there are 2 things that can help: 1. take aloe vera pills: i use 470mg from the vitamin shoppe usually one in the evening gets the job done the next day 2. ever experience that feeling when you just know something is trapped in there, but doesn't want to come out? get yourself a plastic syringe at the drug store, sterilize with 75% alcohol, and draw up enough water to fill the entire syringe. insert into the you know what and depress the plunger. repeat 2 more times then have a seat and let it out. this is technically not considered an enema and i really doin't think it is habit forming - just use it when you really need it. peace Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
