I've been doing my best to eat well, but today the pain is so unbearable. I get sharp pains in my chest, sides and stomach. I'm even feeling it in my back. By the way, I suffer from severe IBS-C and I don't know if it's a common symtom, but I rarely pass gas. Therefore, I'm very bloated and uncomfortable all the time. Thanks for any advice.
