These are the ingredients in the granola I've been eating, it's natural and from Back to Nature Apple Cinnamon, whoel grain rolled oats, pineapple syrup, pear concentrate, peach concentrate, evaported cane juice, dice apples, cinnamon, maltodextrin.............It has for 1/2 a cup 180 calories, 2.5 gms of fat and 4gms of fiber? Is this safe??? Thanks
