You'll have to do some trial and error here, but the odds are pretty good you'll be fine". I know you can't tolerate Rye, but as you know, we all have our own tolerances. And maybe this poster would be okay with Rye. It's not good to base one's decision about whether a food is safe or unsafe based on one persons experience. Maybe white is safest, but it would't hurt to try the Rye just to see.
