Rye Bread Is Not the Safest Bread       08/05/05 08:27 AM Edit Reply Quote belinda Reged: 10/09/03 Posts: 474 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Although it's not the worst trigger in the world, I find rye bread irritates my IBS.
