IBS-C Hi, Speaking of Soy Delicious 'ice creams', they now(not exactly sure how new it is) have a 'Creamy Vanilla' flavor that actually has 5 g's of SF per serving. I thought it was a misprint because all other flavors were between 1 and 2 g's. I called the company 'Turtlemountain' and they verifed it was in fact 5 g's per serving. Something to do with the use of chicory roots I think. It tastes absolutely delicious. I saw some other tempting flavors on their website, but unfortunately living out here in the boonies,I can't get them.
