Re: SFS dosage       08/01/05 07:31 AM Edit Reply Quote professor Reged: 07/19/05 Posts: 77 Loc: Winnipeg, Canada From what I've seen on Heather's site. 1 spoon of Benefiber= 3 grams of SF. 1 spoon of Acacia= 7.5 grams of SF. But she's gives the same dosage for both! So this mean's I'm currently having 6 grams a day SFS. I was thinking of having three dose (one before each meal), so that would incresead to 9 grams a day.
