Linz, You could try baked potato skins and or green peas
at dinner. A medium baked potato skin is about 5 g's, and
a 1/2 cup of peas is also about 5 g's. For breakfast, any
cup of Raisin bran cereal is from 7 to 10 g's. -Bob
