If you can handle whole wheat, maybe some whole wheat bread - or whole wheat-ish. Over here I can find breads that have some whole wheat but not totally. Beyond that, maybe apples. You could eat some but not all of the peel. Ditto peaches and nectarines.

If you have access to a blender, a smoothie with mostly bananas and peeled peaches for a good SF base and some blueberries for IF.

I'm so sorry you're still so miserable, especially while you're away from home. I hope everything clears up and settles down so you can enjoy some of your time away.
