I'm not sure if that has caused my problems lately or not. Lately i've been constipated with urgent feelings of diarreha but haven't been able to go. I ate quite a few goldfish on Wednesday, it's now Saturday night and i haven't had a normal movement in awhile. i've been eating good otherwise. Just curious about the crackers.
