I tried lactaid...and..       07/30/05 02:14 PM Edit Reply Quote genie Reged: 05/28/04 Posts: 52 I tried a lactaid pill yesterday and hurray....I was able to eat 1/2 a protein bar!!! This was exciting for me!! where can I buy the just "one a day" lactaid pill. Having to remember to take one everytime I eat a small amt of cheese or something is annoying and embarrasing infront of others... is there such a pill? Yesterday I also tried three beano pills before my dinner and lunch instead of my regular digestive enzyme and voila ...no gas...NO PAIN!!! I was flying around work! I even stayed an extra four hours Overtime because I felt normal for the first time in two years!!! I hope it works again tonight!! and oh...I drank fennell after my meals (with my nose plugged!! ick )....felt so good all day!!! well off to boil my fennell tea -------------------- Life responds when we risk.
