Before I got pregnant, I was having at least 2 bm's a day... which is more like my "normal". Oh yeah... no SFS for me either. I was taking Benefiber for a while and didn't see much of an improvement, so I tried Acacia. Out of the 2 times that I tried acacia, I realized that it made me retain water. If I'm not mistaken, I believe there's calcium in Acacia.
