I was just about stable a few months ago, but I was starting to worry about my weight, and I thought I'd be Miss Smarty-pants and start using Splenda... ack!! First came the searing stomach pain, then cramps, then D... just as bad as sorbitol, maltitol, aspartame, or any of the others. When Heather says to avoid them, she knows what she's talking about!
