If you're finding yourself stabilizing so quickly, good for you! That's excellent. A lot of D'ers do stabilize pretty quickly... I happened to be one of the freaks who took almost a year to do so completely.
It sounds to me like you're moving along at a good pace, but I would hold off on adding any more insoluble fiber foods for a couple days. You really only want to add them one at a time, in case one of them turns out to be something your body can't tolerate - doing them one at a time makes it easier to figure out which one it is! Since you did blueberries and tomatoes today, see how you feel tomorrow with the same, and then if you want to add something else, give it a try the day after that.
