Perhaps I didn't spend as much time as I should have, though. Can Miralax be heated? I know you can add it to coffee or tea, which I assume is already hot. But I was wondering if I could mix it into the soymilk in my oat bran before I popped it in the microwave (for 2 1/2 minutes). Would this destroy the effectiveness of miralax?
