been having the d all day and cramping . I am also wheat and milk intolerent so I have to be careful as to what I eat. It is hard some days as to know what to eat but trying hard to get all nutrients in but usually I am sick by the end of the day or all day and it comes out either way I feel discouraged some days , can;t even go into store to get stuff without running to the bathroom.
