I'm sure you will got lots of great of advice, because for some strange reason there seems to be a lot of teachers with IBS - and a lot of them are on these boards. Hopefully, they will have some good tips for you. What type are you anyway? C or D? I got the impression that you were D since you've been running to the bathroom. Just double checking. Anyway, if you are D you can take a calcium supplement to help. There are lots of past posts on this, so you can do a search if you'd like. Personally, I take the generic form of Caltrate plus D, and it works great for me. I just take one per day. Also, another thing that worked great for me are the Audio 100 CD's (hypno cd's).
