6th day of IBS diet and 4th with CD's       07/18/05 01:56 PM Edit Reply Quote bjoyh Reged: 07/12/04 Posts: 23 6th day of IBS diet today and 4th with CD's. I only had one lousy night (gas) and I had eaten the Tofutti sour cream in a dish I made. Just too much soy I guess. Usually okay with tofu or some soy yogurt.So I'll take soy in easy steps. Anyone else same thing?? The Benefiber seems to be ok and I'm increasing that every few days, up to 3 tsp. 2 x a day now. The CD's are fabulous, can't wait for that 30 min. in the afternoon, very helpful - better sleeping, less stressful. Symptoms have pretty much left - I'm D.
