having a bad time with it....attacks       07/15/05 07:03 AM Edit Reply Quote littlethree Reged: 08/14/04 Posts: 27 Loc: Spokane, WA Over the past week I've had some bad attacks of IBS-D. And it is hard for me to find reasons in anything I'm eating. I've been stressed out a bit by it. Also I've not been sleeping well at night, with allergies adding nighttime congestion ....and it so HARD to find a good allergy medicine that won't upset my tummy. can "post-nasal" drip also aggravate your tummy? ('eww gross) does anyone else have "bad" periods and feel like they are doing everything wrong? and wonder if this bad "spell" will ever get better and wonder if you'll ever stablize again?
