I haven't had the sitz marker test because my GI won't give me any tests. I asked and he flat out refused to do any testing.
I found a new GI doc, but can't see him until I get a referal from a GP, so I need to find one of those docs first. By the time I see a GI, it will be like 4 months!
As far as IF, I try to eat more, but must admit, I'm not doing so well with them. The gastroparesis does not like IF. I will try harder, and hope my pain goes away from the IF...maybe it might get used to it over time?
But don't you have to be pain free or stable before introducing more IF?
