Ya, I agree. I try so hard to eat normally, thinking this will just go away..but it's not. It's been over a year. I think I'm more used to it, but nothing has changed. I want to shoot myself in the head most days because trying to live like a normal human being is sooo sooo hard. I feel sick every day, like you guys probably and can't get down what I should be eating. It scares me and I feel so limited in life. I don't believe it's right that a person can't eat. Food is nourishment!!! I'm trying to give in that I can't have milk but finding substitues is difficult. Sorry to complain I'm just frustrated.
