I can eat it once a day, either by putting it in a smoothie uncooked (i use a food processor and grind it up then put in the liquids) Or cooking it as regular cereal. I would say no more than the serving size on the back of the canister. For me though, eating oatmeal keeps me full for a good long while because its slower to digest. So I would eat it early in the day, breakfast or something. Or early dinner and nothing after that. The best way to maintain the GP but also get your oatmeal is one of 3 ways: 1. Grind you oatmeal in a food processor first, 2. Cook your oatmeal really well and leave it a little runny (super thick sticky oatmeal already "sticks to ones ribs" imagine what how it would stick with us!!) or 3. Baby food oatmeal. It comes in boxes. It is oatmeal flakes, not oats, so it has a much smoother easier to break down texture. I think it tastes fine, but not exactly the same... What a pain, eh? Good luck!! *As a side note-- I also test high for gluten antibodies but negative endoscopy for celiac, but i still eat wheat (but not any yeast). I wonder of there is a link to all of this?
