Would the treatment be to increase your fiber (either IF or SF or both)? Would STC mean that a SFS would be bad? I don't know if I eat enough, but probably not. It seems like I'm eating all the time, but I get full so quickly. I probably eat about 1200-1300 cals a day. How is STC and IBS different? How are the treatments different? My doctor has never mentioned this STC or a sitz marker test. Is there anyone who is stable and NOT taking an SFS? Is this possible? Thanks for any help. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
