Aren't there only 5 grams of fat?

I always thought that eggs weren't high in fat or cholestoral if eaten in moderation (i.e. one every few days) and without being cooked in FAT like butter or oil. Isn't there only 5 grams of fat in an egg? That's not bad at all! They are only 75 calories .. if you eat an egg without any oil or butter that's fine.
