Iw as craving an Ice Capp allllll day today while waiting for my sister's baby girl Sydney to be born!!She's perfect!! Anyhow, i did, however eat ice cream, chicken fingers and a chicken fajita. mmm hmm, fat is not my biggest trigger, and I have had no IBS today...well, except for big pain...and I had a glass of wine because it's so the most stressful day of my life. going into labour wasn't as stressful as seeing my sis in it!!
