peppermint/caraway for ibs       07/03/05 06:13 PM Edit Reply Quote mike28 Reged: 07/03/05 Posts: 13 i was wondering if peppermint and caraway is good for dihhrea or constipated ibs, also if it slows down or speeds up intestinal motility, i know its an antispasmatic but will it slow things down and make constipated ibs worse? also thoughts on taking psyllium and flaxseed? i have had dihhrea dominet ibs for the past few months and the peppermint and carray worked good but now i have constipated ibs so will it slow things down and make the constipation worse? thanx mike Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
