Oh, sweetheart, you need to see a DR ASAP. Eating disorders are hard to treat and need to be treated ASAP. Make an appointment ASAP, OK? I know how hard it is. When I was diagnosed with IBS, I dropped 20 lbs. It's really hard. You need help with this. Follow Heather's diet. Also, never go more than 2 hours without eating. Even if it's just a teeny amount. Eat constantly - just small amounts - never let your stomach get empty. It helps the IBS so much. Force yourself to eat if you must - I know - I have to all the time - I'm so nauseous I NEVER want to eat - I have to force myself to too - just try small amounts. And try frequently. Every hour or two. Let us know how it goes. I expect a report. I want to know how you're doing. Hugs, Alicia.
