Is there a thread somewhere on all your recipes? I would love to bookmark them as my favorites so that I can refer back to them. But since you are not doing raw anymore, maybe your earlier ones wouldn't be applicable---I can't do raw either and I'm a C not a D like you are.

So, how do you make these fruit sauces? Which fruits have you tried? Any suggestions for blueberries?

Do you even cook then process your mango/papayas now too? I remember from before you weren't cooking them since they are SF.

Also, when you add your basil to your green monsters, do you cook that first? I bought some basil this weekend and don't know how to use it. Maybe I'll just finely chop it and add it to my spinach as it cooks. I just use frozen, chopped spinach so, no need to process it. But I don't know how or when I would add the fresh basil to green beans before or after I puree them? And how do I cook Basil anyhow?

Maybe it would be better for me to try and eat the fruits raw since I am a C? Just finely chop them.
