If you are and you want to try psyllium (Metamucil) you're in luck as it's available at all HFSs. Otherwise, it's a bit difficult as the only one I know that's available OTC is Fybogel which I do NOT recommend b/c as well as being gassy and disgusting, it contains heaps of additives. Never heard of the bracelets working for IBS at all. If you're interested in alternative therapies, then acupuncture has quite a good track record. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
