Don't feel bad about your having IBS, honestly there are alot of us who have trouble telling people about our IBS because there is alot of people who don't have alot of support. I have been very fortunate and have a wonderful group of people surrounding me, but some of the people on the board aren't so lucky. Just remember that's what we are hear for.
Martha Stewart is a Housekeeping Goddess. She has a TV show, magazine etc and teachs people how to make cakes, plant flowers, throw parties etc etc etc, needless to say - she is trying to domesticate someone - but it's not working on me LOL.
