Your safest bet: I like grilled chicken sandwiches. You get a big bun (your soluble fibre) and the grilled chicken is low in fat and safe. Make sure there's no cheese or bacon and ask for the mayo on the side (use very little as it's high in fat). Ask for a baked potato on the side, and ask for salsa for a topping, or some margarine (NO BUTTER!). If all else fails, eat the baked potato plain.

Grilled chicken platters are good too, if you can get grilled or steamed veggies and a baked potato.
I would steer clear of any creamy pastas.
A tomato based pasta might be all right if you can tolerate tomato based pastas.
Seafood is OK, as long as it's not swarming in butter or cream sauces. Ask for it grilled.
