No advice but HEAPS of sympathy....       06/21/05 08:09 PM Edit Reply Quote doubletrouble Reged: 11/14/04 Posts: 1530 Loc: Canberra, Australia I have tried pretty much EVERYTHING to tame my IBS. I'm lucky if I go a week without D. In desperation I am once again embarking upon a wheat free diet. I ate the what to eat when you can't eat anything diet for 2 weeks and STILL had D and cramping which made me wonder if wheat is a problem for me. I eat a LOT of it.
