I love it. Maybe you need to talk to your doctor about this and see what he/she has to say. Are you taking it twice a day or once a day? I only take it once a day as I don't need it twice a day. Do you take any other fiber with it? I take Citracel every day and I know that also helps. If you need anything else please do not hesitate to ask.
