I am having a really hard time right now with the C. I also have the gas and bloating that goes along with that. My stomach feels sometimes almost bigger than a bowling ball!! I know exactly how you feel. I am not sure what to tell you about the soy..I dont really take that. I take Miralax and it lately has seemed to give me more gas than usual...so who knows??
