I have them constantly unless I take something to sleep, not something I like to do. I noticed one of your replies mentioned overdoing the fiber. I wonder if there is not something to that. During the day I do fairly well, D- under control with Heather's diet. But night is one constant anxiety attack. This diet seems to keep my body upset - except for the fact that I have D- control.
