vegan meals       08/26/03 09:29 PM Edit Reply Quote louise Reged: 02/05/03 Posts: 836 Loc: canada Looked through a couple of veggie cookbooks and some of the recipes call for using wholewheat and some other non-safe ibs foods. I DONT KNOW how vegans meals fit in with ibs guiedelines. I guess I shall have to adapt some recipes, am I right. Also, grape nut flakes have BOTH wheat AND barley in it.
