I had a D attack about a month ago and I never get D. I stay clear of immodium-the last time I remember taking anything like that I couldn't go for a month. Get some sports drink or pedialyte as suggested. you will feel better. Dehydration makes D and nausea worse, can even throw you into shock.
How ironic to be a C with D isn't it. We wish we could go for days at a time and then all of a sudden we're not wishing any longer.
