I take miralax but it doesn't add much bulk to my poo-poo, although it helps with the constipation. Well my tummy's been hurtin' a lot lately so I started taking citrucel in addition the the miralax. I didn't see any improvement until one day I got lazy and mixed the two together in the same glass. I'm now pooing so happy, like 1-2 times (mostly 1 time) a day comfortably. Yahoo!
