are you near a whole foods? just next to their bakery section, is usually the sliced packaged bread and theres a brand, RUDYS ORGANICS, that makes a white bread that is 100% trigger-free! its vegan so already theres no dairy, eggs or other animal products in it--AND its organic, so no preservatives!! and DEF. no HFCS [which just shouldnt be in bread anyways!] theres *i think* 5 or 6 other kinds of loaves, a wheat one, honey-wheat, sourdough, a grain one and so-forth. that bread has never caused a problem for me except comfort. but like all bread, eat it spaced out, otherwise, if youre prown to C--too much bread can cause it good luck!
