I do know that magnesium in some forms gives me diarrhea, so I'm staying away from it right now. My aunt is the one who told me to take the powdered coral calcium as I had trouble with the hard calcium tablets. She swears by it and uses it herself as well as her 85+ year old mother, who still lives alone and is very healthy. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
