Bleached wheat flour VS. Unbleached wheat flour?       06/07/05 06:10 PM Edit Reply Quote scarletsoleil Reged: 06/07/05 Posts: 9 many sliced white/potato/butter etc. . .breads i see either contain bleached wheat flour or unbleached wheat flour. is there a difference when it comes to IBS? is one better for you than the other? if the bleached or unbleached is irrelivant to any kind of trigger pains, which is better to buy? is honey wheat bread considered wholewheat and is it a trigger?
