Thanks for the advice. I have wondered about Fibro,but am hoping this is just from overdoing it...altho. I often see what I am doing physically as acceptable for someone my age. Sometimes I feel like my body is 10 yrs. older than me. I am only 56 and it seems I should be able to be up and active most of the day.
I have thought that maybe having IBS can have the affect of lessening my strength.
Anyway,as far as muscle pain,I have carpal tunnel,but if I use my braces at nt. it usually isn't a problem. The last 6mos. I've been having pain in one hip that really puts me to bed,but only when I am on my feet all day or do too much exercising,or walking long distances.
Last Fri. I met w/my dr. and she is having me tested for diabetes,thyroid problems,and liver trouble.She also scheduled an xray of my hip.
Hope all this turns out to be just that I need to accept I am getting older and need to slow down...even tho. that seems unjust.
Please let me know if any of what I have said here seems like a red flag to you. I appreciate your input. Suzy
