Tinkerbelle: I note that you're eating avo's frequently. Could the fat content be hyper-stimulating your tummy? I know that avo's do that too me as I am ultra fat sensitive. Just an observation. Note: Don't worry, you'll find a comfortable groove, routine, rhythm. Thank goodness for Immodium, though! I have lots of days just like you. I guess it's just a general uptight nature. I do eat everyday, though even if I just nibble and graze and snack. A nice steady flow. Often just because I am who I am I find it hard to sit through a meal. This is quite likely because I primarily dine in my own company and well I never let myself go hungry and basically have to remind myself to eat.
