It jumped out at me when you said that you were up till 3am. Not getting enough sleep is a HUGE trigger for me. Especially the morning after I've slept too little. Maybe try getting in a schedual where you go to sleep earlier and get at least 8+ hours of sleep.
I really hope you feel better soon! It took at least a month or more before I went from daily attacks to mostly normal, so stick with it!
