I take miralax on a regular basis but have Zelnorm on hand for just when I need it kinda thing. Give your body a break from it for a couple of weeks and than you could try it again. This happens to a lot of people thats why I prefer the miralax, you don't build up a tolerance to it and its been around a lot longer and no one has ever died from miralax! -------------------- Taking it one day at a time.....
