Stimulant laxatives are hugely counterproductive and just cause more problems than they solve. They're habit-forming and once you get addicted to them, you won't be able to go without them. Scary! Your best bet is to work with the fiber supplements, IBS diet guidelines for eating insoluble fiber foods, and plenty of liquids. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
