I use the powdered kind, not the capsules, so I can adjust my dosage. It can constipate you though, if it does, just adjust it down. I also take a Vit A/D vitamin with it so the calcium is absorbed better. Besides my diet, the calcium is my best friend but I am IBS-D. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
