not good news about my bread

The one safe soft sliced bread at the store has changed to containing HFCS! I can't believe it. For a while I didn't see it then I found they had just moved it and changed the package. I was relieved. I bought several loaves and put them in the freezer. Today I was just double checking the calorie count. I found it had gone up 10 so I looked at the ingredients to find HFCS! I am pretty mad since it is the only safe soft sliced bread I can find. I am e-mailing the company (Supervalu) to at least inform them. I have a few loaves in the freezer I will have to throw away since DH never eats it. I have been feeling crummy lately too and that could be why! The moral is always recheck labels from time to time since you never know.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
