Re: Gas relief recipe       05/29/05 06:19 AM Edit Reply Quote MJZ Reged: 05/24/05 Posts: 13 I drink it either when I'm having alot of gas to calm everything down and when I know I have to be around a lot of people and don't want to take any chances. It helps with the bloating as well. No it doesn't taste the best but I just stick it in about 4 oz of water and drink the gritty stuff down. If that doesn't totally work for you there is one more herb you can add the it but I have never had too. Good luck.
