You are facing a lot right now -- make sure to come over to the Livingroom for lots of support. My gut instinct is that because acacia is just a dietary supplement -- just a concentrated form of what things like bread and rice give you, and not a drug, that it should be okay. The last thing you need is your IBS to flare up and make your life more complicated.
